Preparation of complete multi-industry design documentation for the renovation of a commercial premises intended for rooms for medical staff providing medical services within the NZOZ located at ul. Głogowska 179 in Poznań. Submitting an offer in proceedings is tantamount to acceptance of the content of all documents attached to the proceedings in question, in particular: - IPU with annexes - Functional and Utility Program - GDPR (contained in the IPU) - General Terms and Conditions - other documents attached to procedure. The Ordering Party reserves that the Contractor's offer may not be selected as the most advantageous, regardless of the number of points obtained or the price, if: 1. The Contractor whose offer was previously selected as the most advantageous in the procedure conducted by the Ordering Party, avoided concluding the contract, in particular by: refusing to sign the contract, failing to sign it within the prescribed period, other actions or omissions resulting in the inability to conclude the contract with the Contractor, In during the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, the Contractor improperly performed the contract concluded with the Ordering Party, in particular when: o - the contract was terminated, withdrawn from the contract or terminated for reasons attributable to the Contractor, o - contractual penalties were charged for delay or improper performance, o - serious or repeated failures in the performance of contractual obligations were found, - the service provided did not meet the requirements specified in the contract or documentation, and the Contractor did not remove defects within the prescribed period.
