The subject of the order is the development of multi-discipline design documentation for the project investment project entitled "MedBase Silesia. Strategic pillar of mental health security. Expansion and modernization of the Mental Health Center in Chorzow. The service in question consists in particular in the development of multi-discipline project documentation together with the development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works construction and functional and utility program (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454)] and investor cost estimates [in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining the methods and basis for preparing an investor cost estimate, calculating planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2458), along with obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all administrative decisions and consents necessary to commence and implement construction works, as part of the task entitled "MEDBASE SILESIA - Strategic pillar of mental health security.
