Preparation of complete multi-discipline design documentation for the investment 1. The subject of this order is the provision of a design service consisting in the development of complete multi-discipline design documentation, obtaining the required arrangements, opinions, conditions, administrative decisions and building permits, as well as carrying out author's supervision for the investment titled "Revitalization of the former building of the "Rzeczypospolita Ujazdowska" together with reconstruction and expansion for the needs of the Masovian Center “Education of Emergency Medical Services and the Emergency Medical Services Waiting Station along with land development.” 2. The subject of the order includes the preparation of design documentation based on the concept provided by the Ordering Party constituting an annex to the OPZ, without any changes its basic functional, operational, spatial and program assumptions, subject to changes necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, arrangements, administrative decisions and technical requirements and conservation. 3. The scope of the order (basic scope) is the comprehensive implementation of the design service, which includes in particular: 3.1. preparation of a construction design, including a land development design and an architectural and construction design and technical design - to the extent required by law, taking into account conservation protection of the facility and area; 3.2. preparation of technical designs, preliminary cost estimates, preliminary technical specifications...
