1. Subject of the order The subject of the order is the development of complete, multi-discipline design documentation along with obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions for projects implemented under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 program (Priority FENX.01). Order is divided into two Tasks: Task 1: Preparation of documentation for the project entitled "Improvement of energy efficiency in buildings no. 4, 5, 11, 30 of the University Clinical Hospital, co-financing agreement number: FENX.01.01-IW.01-0301/24. Task 2: Implementation of documentation for the project entitled "Improvement energy efficiency in historic buildings of the University Clinical Hospital in Olsztyn, co-financing agreement number: FENX.01.01-IW.01-0300/24. 2. Material scope The contractor will complete the following stages for each building: Analyzes and inventories: Local visits, inventories architectural, construction and installation (sanitary, electrical, telecommunications, BMS), archival verification, compliance analyzes with the FEnIKS program, monument protection requirements and ornithological opinions. Design documentation: Construction design (PZT, PAB, PT) and detailed design. The scope includes industries: architectural, construction, sanitary, electrical, telecommunications, automation. The documentation also includes renewable energy elements (photovoltaics with energy storage), EV chargers, vertical gardens and Braille systems.
