"Preparation of complete design documentation together with obtaining all administrative decisions necessary to carry out construction works and carrying out works consisting in the construction of a water intake point, an underground reservoir with a hardened maneuvering area carried out on the premises Opole Forest District - Krasiejów Forest District as part of the project entitled "A comprehensive project on the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - preventing, counteracting and limiting the effects of threats related to forest fires (PPOŻ2)". 1. Subject order is to prepare complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation) together with obtaining opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by construction law, and to perform construction works on its basis a water intake point, an underground reservoir with a paved maneuvering area in the Krasiejów Forest District, division 263 g - in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (Appendix No. 13). The purpose of building the facility is to improve forest fire safety. Pursuant to Art. 91 section 2 PZP and recital 78 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement, repealing Directive 2004/18/EC, the Ordering Party informs that it does not divide this parts order.
