1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the task: Reconstruction of the Market Square in Ldek-Zdrój destroyed during the flood in 2024.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Networks - The study should include the design of a comprehensive reconstruction of: storm sewage system with connections to the property (gutter drains); street lighting with additional power for city monitoring cameras; water supply network with connections to the property. Two water intakes should be designed within the Market Square (water curtains in summer) and fountain attachments; sanitary sewage system with connections to the property; gas network with connections to the property if its technical condition is unsatisfactory. If there is no need for reconstruction the entire network should be designed to remove conflicts with the planned land development in consultation with the network manager; power grid along with the construction of an additional power connection for the City Hall and the fountain; city ​​monitoring network; electrical connections with power supply in manholes, including connections during special mass events, ...
