Tender Details

1. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the contractor will, in particular: 1) develop design documentation to the extent necessary to perform the subject of the contract (map for design purposes, geotechnical research, design concept, Construction Design, including the Design Technical (executive), Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works), in accordance with applicable regulations and technical knowledge, 2) obtain the necessary arrangements, opinions, decisions, deviations from technical conditions, if required, etc., including submissions appropriate application to the architectural and construction administration body, and also obtain the administrative decision necessary to transfer the subject of the order for use, 3) perform construction works and all necessary tests and tests, including verification tests bearing capacity of the soil before the construction of the target surface, based on the above documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, meeting the minimum requirements described in the tender procedure, including the functional and utility program, 4) equipment in the necessary infrastructure and equipment - in accordance with the investment assumptions included in this procedure, including PF...
