Preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining administrative decisions necessary to carry out construction works carried out in the Rudziniec Forest District as part of the project entitled... The subject of the order is the execution of a complete one design documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) along with obtaining opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by construction law, as well as performing author's supervision for the following task: Task number: 02-25-1.1-01- Reconstruction reservoir in the Trachy Forest District, unit 624 The subject of the contract was divided into the following stages: Stage I - preparation of complete documentation along with obtaining a final building permit decision or confirmation of the lack of grounds to object to the submitted works notification. Stage II - carrying out author's supervision in the scope of compliance of construction works with the documentation - from the date of commencement of construction works continuously until the final acceptance and obtaining an occupancy permit inclusive.
