The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and tender documentation for the modernization of the public space around the pond in the Warsaw Uprising Cemetery, together with the author's supervision as part of the implementation of the task entitled Warsaw for nature blue infrastructure and biodiversity in parks preparatory works.2. The subject of the order is the development of design and tender documentation including: 1) a land development concept in two variants along with visualizations, 2) construction design together with BIOZ information, 3) detailed design, 4) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, hereinafter referred to as STWiOR, 5) bill of quantities, 6) investor's cost estimate, 7) care and maintenance report, 8) obtaining all required by law decisions, opinions, arrangements and checks of design solutions and documents to the extent resulting from legal provisions or required by authorized entities agreeing on designs, including, among others: obtaining a conservation decision, a final decision on permission construction and providing author's supervision over the implementation of works included in the documentation.
