The subject of the order is "Preparation of complete, multi-discipline documentation design and cost estimate along with full inter-industry coordination for the planned reconstruction and adaptation of the existing building for the task titled: Adaptation of the existing building located at street Piotrkowska 258/260 in Łódź for your needs administrative and office space along with land development.” 1. The subject of the order includes all studies necessary to prepare and conduct the procedure for awarding a public contract for construction works and to perform the works in accordance with applicable law. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 3.
