The subject of the order includes the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a gymnasium at Primary School No. 12 in Pock. The documentation should include all work necessary to properly prepare the documentation along with obtaining appropriate documents approving the planned development and allowing the performance of construction works (building permit and/or notification) along with exercising author's supervision.1) minimum (basic) scope: development complete design and cost estimate documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, along with obtaining the appropriate consent(s) from the architectural and construction administration authority authorizing the execution of demolition and construction works, i.e. a demolition permit decision, a building permit decision, an effective demolition notification, an effective construction notification, depending on what is appropriate, and if necessary, obtaining more than one such consent.2) optional scope (option): Author's supervision 4 Contractor's stays. Description of the optional scope in Section III of the SWZ - 2 of the draft provisions of the contract.
