The subject of the order is the development of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation along with executive designs, obtaining all required opinions, arrangements, administrative decisions and other documents necessary to obtain decision on a building permit (or effective notification of construction works, if applicable) for an investment project called Construction of a low-rise Cultural Center. The subject of the order also includes the design of a low-rise Center in the building A cultured room with a usable area of ​​approximately 70 m2, intended for the operation of the Car Communication Company.
