5.1. The scope of the order includes the preparation of design documentation for one gate valve located on plot no. 927, Uhowo district, commune. apy together with obtaining final decisions/permits/permits etc. on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, enabling implementation of the project.5.2. The detailed scope of work is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - OPZ.5.3. The Contractor is obliged to organize working consultations with the Ordering Party on an ongoing basis in order to clarify the adopted design solutions.5.4. The facility is to be located at within the Narew National Park, on plot 927, Uhowogmina apy registration area (plot ID: 200206_5.0023.927).5.5. The abbreviated scope of work includes: 1) development of comprehensive design documentation (construction design, technical designs and designs implementation of individual industries) along with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, investor cost estimates and bills of quantities), it is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain a map for design purposes before the commencement of design work, 2) to obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, final decisions/permits/permits etc. enabling the implementation of the project,
