Preparation of appraisal reports in connection with the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Polish Waters State Water Management - Regional Water Management Board in Gliwice The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311 of the Public Procurement Law, specifying the general conditions for the award of partial contracts that may be awarded during the period of validity of the framework agreement for the preparation of appraisal reports specifying the value of real estate determined at market prices for the purpose of carrying out tasks statutory provisions of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Template of the framework agreement. The ordering party will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 contractors who submit the most advantageous offers. If less than 5 non-rejectionable offers are received in the procedure, the Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors.
