The subject of the contract is the preparation and import of all -day diet for Patients VUSCH, a.s., in the extent of prescribed diets according to the Methodological Instruction of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 719/92-C (recommended dietary principles-dietary system adjustment), in accordance with the binding measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 1685/1998-A (provision of therapeutic nutrition of the patients-Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, part 17-18), professional guidance no. 168/2006 (Organization of Clinical Nutrition - Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, part 48-51), Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 533/2007 Coll. on details of the requirements for the establishment of joint catering, Act no. 152/1995 Coll. on food, as amended, by Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 553/2007 Coll. To determine the details of requirements for the operation of healthcare facilities in terms of health protection, Act no. 355/2007 Coll. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and in accordance with the Food Code of the Slovak Republic in the introduction and operation of the HACCP system as "administrative production practice" or equivalent regulations.
