Tender Details

The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of the integration and artistic part of the Picnic for Foster Families carried out as part of the Power of the Family project co-financed by the European Union, under the Regional Funds Program European for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027. Purpose of the picnic: to promote foster care and strengthen family values ​​through family integration in the spirit of sports and Olympic activities and creative inspiration to spend free time actively. Date and place event implementation: May 31, 2026, place: Dolinka Park in Elblg, the event is an outdoor event. The Ordering Party requires that the picnic be planned and carried out in an atmosphere of sports and Olympic activities promoting family integration based on activity physical activity and family games that develop creativity and common passions. The attractions are to be adapted to different age groups. The nature of the activity/games should take into account the needs of disabled people.
