Preparation and delivery of ready meals for patients and refreshments for staff on duty The present public procurement includes the daily preparation and delivery of ready-made food for hospital meals to the patients of "SBALAG - Maichin dom" EAD and supplies of refreshments for duty personnel according to the attached technical specification, for a period of 24 months. The food for the patients is prepared according to the "Collection of recipes for dietary meals for public catering establishments and medical-prophylactic establishments, "Technique" publishing house since 1984 for the corresponding dish number specified in the technical specification. The preparation of the dishes specified in the technical specification is carried out in compliance with the type and weight of the individual components, the chemical composition and the technological requirements for preparing the corresponding dish according to the Recipe Book. The prepared dishes must meet the requirements for the quantity in finished form (yield) specified in the recipe for the respective dish. The current public procurement includes daily preparation and delivery of ready-made food for hospital meals to the patients of "SBALAG - Maichin dom" EAD and supplies of invigorating drinks for the staff on duty according to the attached technical specification, for a period of 24 months.
