Tender Details

The object of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement for each specific item are described in detail and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the participation documentation. Translationcarrying out activities (services) on organizing daily meals for categories of diners entitled to free food: patients on diets; VMA staff (duty and operational teams and those working under certain working conditions); blood donors; war invalids, war victims and veterans, during missions andstudies, described in detail by type, quantity and value for food, according to the Technical Specification for the relevant individual position - Annexes No. 1, 1.1, 1.2-A and 1.2-B, 1.3 and 1.4, an integral part of the procurement documentation.

Organization of feeding in hospital facilities and hospitals for prmandatory treatment and rehabilitation of the VMA in the designated positions is carried out through catering - service and daily delivery of ready, packaged, hot food in compliance with all regulatory provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria. Food preparation and deliveries are made daily - 3 (three) times econtinuously, according to the schedule determined by the Contracting Authority. The prepared food should meet the quantity, quality, caloric value and chemical composition for rational and dietary nutrition in accordance with the diets and recipes for hospital nutrition approved by the Contracting Authority.
