Daily preparation and delivery of food in biodegradable disposable packaging, owned by the contractor, after a written application on diets for stationary patients of UMBAL Burgas AD, prepared according to "Collection of Dietary Dishes for Public Nutrition and Healing Dishes - Prophylactic establishments, ed. 1984 on the MH; Ordinance No. 1/22.01.2018. of the Minister of Health for the physiological norms of nutrition of the population, in compliance with the weight of portions, the taste, the technological requirements for the preparation of diet foods and the good appearance and the requirements for hygiene and the quality of the food according to the norms for hospital nutrition. The subject of the procedure also includes activities for the delivery of energizing beverages (coffee) for the duty staff of the hospital, as well as a supporting breakfast (croissants) for patients of hemodialysis.
