The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of preventive meals for blue-collar workers, including buffet service. The meal includes: a sandwich with a hot dish. Meals must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 28, 1996 on preventive meals and drinks (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. 60, item 279). The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. The Ordering Party does not reserve any obligation for individual contractors to perform the work personally jointly applying for the award of key tasks. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues. 6. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 p.z.p. 7. The Ordering Party does not plan to divide the order into parts. Taking into account the nature of the subject of the contract, it should be stated that it is indivisible.
