Throughout the year, the service provider's mission is: € Developing a food plan and menus, taking into account the diet, wishes and necessary nutritional values. € Preparing meals following a strict application of food hygiene rules. € Packaging of meals in suitable and labeled containers, compatible with microwave reheating (including for starters if necessary). € Hygiene control at own expense, in particular the carrying out of microbiological self-checks provided for by the regulations. € Delivery of meals to users' homes while respecting the cold chain. € Storing meals in users- refrigerators, specifying orally the instructions for reheating meals except in exceptional cases, € Friendliness and vigilance on the physical and psychological state of the people delivered and liaison with the service, in the event of absence or concern € Alerts to the service seniors, € Transmission of weekly punches and the summary of meals per user to the CCAS senior service. € Transmission of invoices on the software used by the CCAS. € Annual beneficiary satisfaction assessment Sébastiennais.
