1. The subject and scope of the order is the preparation and delivery of meals and drinks for residents of the Social Welfare Home in Orzesze (hereinafter referred to as DPS).2. Meals will be prepared taking into account the diets used in the DPS. the nutrition of the inhabitants is based on n/w diets: a) basic diet 57 people; b) easily digestible diet 18 people; c) diet with limited animal fats 1 person; d) purine diet 1 person; e) ulcer diet 3 people; f) liver diet 1 person; g) low-fat diet 1 person; h) low-lactose diet 2 people;i) diet low-phenylanaline 1 person;j) diabetic diet 4 people;k) hypocholesterol diet 1 person.3. The ordering party specifies the following detailed requirements regarding nutrition and order execution: 4.1. Meals for residents should be delivered at precisely set times day, i.e.: a) breakfast in the hourly range: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., b) lunch in the hourly interval: 12:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., c) the contractor delivers dinner along with lunch.4.2.
