The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of lunch for seniors and people with disabilities (20 people at the same time) who are Participants of the CUS project A New Look at Social Services (hereinafter referred to as Participants), including the preparation and delivery of one (1) hot meal three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to their place of residence. Participant in the Woniki Commune. The implementation of the subject of this Agreement is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority FESL.07 European Funds for Society, Measure 7.5 Strategic projects for the area of social services, Type 4. Coordination of Social Services, dissemination and creation of CUS. The expected number of people to whom meals are provided at the same time is on average 20 (approximately 78 days of delivery are assumed during the execution of this order, which means 1, 560 hot meals during the execution of the order).
