The subject of this public procurement includes:

-Daily preparation and delivery of food according to diets for the inpatients in the wards, and a package of dry food for the hemodialysis patients, prepared in accordance with the norms of Ordinance No. 1 of January 22, 2018 on the physiological norms for feeding usthe decree of the Minister of Health (Official Gazette, No. 11 of February 2, 2018) and according to the "Collection of recipes for diet meals for catering establishments and medical and preventive establishments", ed. 1984 of the Ministry of Health (MOH);

- Daily preparation and delivery of food hand the staff on duty of UMBAL "Kanev" JSC, according to Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 for determining the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or supplements to it (Official Gazette, SG No. 1 of 03.01.2006 d.).
