The subject of this public procurement is: "Preparation and delivery of food (catering) on ​​request and a predetermined menu, according to a certain recipe for the needs of the Day Center for the elderly, the city of Hisarya, Hisarya municipality"
The provision of the service includes preparation and delivery daily inon working days (five days per week) of a hot lunch for the needs of the users of the Day Care Center for the Elderly - Hisarya, according to the technical specification for the public procurement, attached to the documentation.
The participant selected as a contractor should prepare and deliver daily in workdays (five days per week) hot lunch for the needs of an average of 30 people - users of the Day Center for the Elderly - Hisarya. The data are as of the date of publication of this public procurement and are subject to change during the execution of the procurement.
One meal includes: one-time xearly lunch - soup, main course and bread, with the weights according to the respective recipe (soup - 300 grams; main course - 300 grams, white bread - 2 slices).
Note: The stated weight of the dishes should be the final weight in ready type of each dish.
Lunch should provide varietyweekly menu and balanced nutrition of the target group, in compliance with national standards and norms for food safety requirements and national standards and norms for nutrition.
