Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of industry-related IT expert services under the responsibility of the Legal Registry Center in connection with the preparation and delivery of the 2027 parliamentary elections. The preparation and delivery of the elections is based on the contract to be concluded To the agreement between Vivicta Oy and Valtori on the continuous services of VAT environments and the related election readiness and to the agreement between Vivicta Oy and the Legal Registry Center on technical support and the election readiness of the election readiness organization. Together, these contracts and their annexes form a whole that secures the conduct of the elections. The value of the procurement for the contract period, i.e. the time for the preparation and conduct of the parliamentary elections, is approximately EUR 930, 179.25 (VAT 0%). The law applies to the procurement on public procurement and rights of use (1397/2016, hereinafter the "procurement act"). In addition to this, there will be Industry-independent services to be ordered from Valtor for the implementation of the 2027 parliamentary elections. The estimated value of these costs is EUR 607, 698.00 (VAT 0 %). The Legal Registry Center orders these services with a separate order from the state group operator Valtor.
