The aim of the study is to obtain information on intercultural education in the Greater Poland Voivodeship (including formal, non -formal education, informal learning) and verifying how much intercultural education and the educational offer of the region support individual adaptation processes foreigners and their social inclusion in local communities.

Intercultural education is understood in this project as:

a) creating paths, educational and professional opportunities that enables fuller participation in social and economic life,

b) support in the development of competences socio -cultural foreigners necessary for life in a new environment (language, social norms, knowledge of institutions, etc.),

c) Reduction of cultural and educational insulation by facilitating access to various forms of learning (training, courses, integration programs, etc.).

The test is carried out for the needs of the Provincial Coordination Team (WZK) operating on the board of the Wielkopolska Voivodship. The operation is financed from the funds of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increasing Charges as part of the investment to build a system of coordination and monitoring of regional activities on The subject of vocational education, higher education and lifelong learning, including adult learning.
