The subject of the order is the analysis of technical and environmental possibilities of changing the route for the project entitled: "Construction of DK No. 75 Brzesko - Nowy Sącz on the section Łososina Dolna - Tęgoborze" (section IV). For the entire investment titled: "Construction and reconstruction of DK75 class GP on the Brzesko-Nowy Sącz section, section II from Brzesko at the junction with DK75 to Nowy Sącz", a final decision on environmental conditions for the route in accordance with variant C was obtained. The aim of this study is to check the possibility of changing the course of the road according to variant A, analyzed as one of the three design variants included in the environmental documentation. The analysis in question will not constitute materials for decisions on environmental conditions. The above study should be carried out in based on archival materials from previous stages of the project and information about the area obtained from publicly available databases and relevant institutions. The Ordering Party does not envisage performing field research as part of the order (in particular, an inventory nature, acoustic measurements and geological research). As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: - prepare a map for the purpose of preparing the analysis in question; - preparation of technical analysis, including in particular: ü part descriptive, ü technical solutions (including the existing condition and design assumptions), ü environmental impact analysis, prepared on the basis of available archival data and information obtained from relevant...
