Preparation of an active schedule of flood commission activities for the city of Hradec Králové The subject of this public contract for services is the preparation of an active schedule of activities of the flood commission (hereinafter referred to as "AHČPK") for the statutory city of Hradec Králové. Subject of public contracts mainly consists in the compilation of variant flood scenarios based on a hydrodynamic model, the influence of inflows, flooding of unprotected locations, PPO failure, PPO overflow. It also consists in creating a web application of an active schedule of activities linked to the current water conditions in the control profiles. Notification of individual activities about the start and completion of tasks, information sharing. The goal of creating the AHČPK is to improve the management of flood operatives. This document including the web application will contribute to a better flood management preparedness. The flood commission will have better data for decision-making in various flood scenarios that may occur, and thus can better protect the population and property.
