-The supplier shall submit fabric sample for evaluation and approval by the end-user prior to bulk delivery. Only upon the end-user's acceptance of the submitted sample shall the supplier proceed with the delivery of the entire quantity. The delivered items shall conform to the approved sample in terms of material, color, texture, quality, and workmanship.
-The supplier shall deliver the items within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
