Scope of work for this project includes drywall, acoustical ceiling, architectural millwork, doors, frames & hardware, toilet accessories, glass & glazing, wall and floor finishes, signage, window treatments, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm work. Please pay close attention to the ADD Alternates located on the Cover Sheet A0.0 and price accordingly.
Notes: The building will be open for inspections from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Wednesday 2/8 through Friday 2/10 and Tuesday 2/14.
