This contract concerns preliminary studies for the creation of an embankment system on the left bank of the Gave d'Ossau, including: the resumption, verification and possible updating of the elements defined at the sketch stage in the study existing hydraulic system on the Gave d-Ossau upstream (2024); the sizing studies of the work with the creation of the preliminary project (AVP); carrying out missions complementary to the AVP: topographical and geotechnical missions, land analysis, study of the impacts of the project on agricultural activities, study of dangers, regulatory documents necessary for the authorization of the containment system; carrying out hydraulic modeling and a cost-benefit analysis to quantify the hydraulic impacts of the structure; the study to neutralize the existing containment system; carrying out an environmental diagnosis; the request for examination on a case-by-case basis to ensure the regulatory regime of the project; producing the report study and plans associated with the AVP.
