Preliminary project at Borre church in Horten The competition concerns the delivery of a preliminary project which gives the opportunity to prepare instructions, especially for masonry and plastering work and the rehabilitation of windows in a medieval church. The preliminary project shall form the basis for a undertaking. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 2, 566, 000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. By its nature, this acquisition is considered to have an immaterial value impact on climate and environment, cf. regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consulting assistance/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria which targets these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements to apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or apprentice certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3). The client nevertheless wishes to encourage the involvement of apprentices in work where knowledge sharing is particularly important.
