Preliminary market consultation: RUK - BO - Mass call and information system Charles University intends to enter into a contract for the provision of the mass information and convening system of Charles University (hereinafter referred to as "HSIS"). The goal is HSIS which will enable timely, reliable, auditable and targeted information to students, academic staff and employees of the University of Warsaw during extraordinary events, especially events with a threat to life, health or property. In order to achieve the stated goal, the client requires a solution with high operational efficiency availability and resilience, which will enable the quick sending of messages, in the form of multiple communication channels and targeting different groups (e.g. students, employees, faculty management, etc.) The goal will also be achieved by ensuring: quality operational and support services (e.g. user support (Helpdesk, Hotline)), possibility of delivery of emergency buttons for mass notification, by developing the delivered solution - e.g. integration into the UK mobile application. etc. so that the system fulfills its role of critical communication in the long term UK infrastructure.
