In connection with the new approach of SŽ to the awarding of public contracts for construction works by dividing them into individual technological and construction units and issuing separate public contracts for individual parts, the need arises for the Contracting Authority to adjust the project documentation. The contracting authority is currently preparing public contracts for construction works divided into individual units using one project documentation. By carrying out PTK, the contracting authority intends to find out what pitfalls the market (suppliers or professional entities) sees in preparation of project documentation divided into technological and construction units and individual professions. The announcement of public contracts for individual project documentation will be preceded by a preliminary market consultation, the aim of which will be to obtain relevant information for correct setting in particular of the subject and course of performance, the choice of the type of procurement procedure, the expected value of the contract. The contracting authority strives to obtain quality performance that will meet its needs, at an appropriate price. The goal of PTK is to obtain transparent in the form of an overview of the current situation on the market, the possibilities of suppliers and the clarification of questions necessary for the implementation of the public contract.
