This is a preliminary market consultation (PTK) according to § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts. PTK's justification: Only 1 offer was delivered within the tendering procedure for the public contract for construction works, the only participant in the tendering procedure was excluded and the tender procedure was subsequently cancelled. For the above-mentioned reason, before starting a new repeated procurement procedure, the contracting authority decided to carry out a preliminary market consultation in accordance with § 33 of the Act in order to obtain information for the preparation of procurement of the conditions of the repeated procurement procedure and, in particular, in order to find out what prevented potential suppliers from submitting an offer for the canceled procurement procedure to the VZ. Description of the building in the form of Project documentation of the building and Tender documentation for the public contract at the construction contractor can be found on the E-ZAK client profile at https://zakazky.cuni.cz/vz00011521. The contracting authority provides suppliers in the "Tendering documentation" section to complete a questionnaire on PTK. The deadline for sending the completed questionnaire to PTK is 20 July 2026 until 11 a.m. The contracting authority is interested in the participation of suppliers in the PTK and in answering the questions listed in the questionnaire.
