The subject of the public contract is to ensure compliance with European and national legislation (Compliance). More specifically, New Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) and Decree No. 409/2025 Coll. about security measures. All established certificates will be registered in one place with their validity period, their responsible owner and information about the system for which the certificate is issued, which will result in greater clarity of records about active certificates and ensuring a better rate auditability. Form of PTK: written (with the possibility of continuation in written or oral form, according to the needs of the Client).
