Expression of Interest are invited for Preliminary Assessment for Development of Romanian PPP Pipeline Projects
Description: IFC seeks the
services of a specialized strategic / technical / commercial PPP consultant
firm (the “Consultant”) to perform a preliminary analysis (the ‘Preliminary
Analysis-) to identify a list of potential PPP projects and to provide advice
on the high-level feasibility of selected PPP projects. The Preliminary
Analysis will focus on the following sectors:·
healthcare, ·
municipal
services - water (supply and wastewater, flood protection/drainage), ·
municipal
services - solid waste (collection, recycling, waste-to-energy), ·
public
transport, and·
energy
and energy efficiencyThe Preliminary Analysis will include the following principal tasks:Task 1. Sector Mapping - review of available studies, strategies and
programs.Task 2. Interviews with key stakeholders and long-list of projectsTask 3. Building a short-list of potential PPP projectsTask 4. Preliminary analysis of the selected priority projects
Throughout the assignment, the Consultant will be available to support
IFC in the presentation and the discussion of the Preliminary Analysis with
relevant counterparts.
