IFC seeks theservices of a specialized strategic / technical / commercial PPP consultantfirm (the “Consultant”) to perform a preliminary analysis (the ‘PreliminaryAnalysis-) to identify a list of potential PPP projects and to provide adviceon the high-level feasibility of selected PPP projects. The PreliminaryAnalysis will focus on the following sectors:· healthcare, · municipalservices - water (supply and wastewater, flood protection/drainage), · municipalservices - solid waste (collection, recycling, waste-to-energy), · publictransport, and· energyand energy efficiencyThe Preliminary Analysis will include the following principal tasks:Task 1. Sector Mapping - review of available studies, strategies andprograms.Task 2. Interviews with key stakeholders and long-list of projectsTask 3. Building a short-list of potential PPP projectsTask 4. Preliminary analysis of the selected priority projectsThroughout the assignment, the Consultant will be available to supportIFC in the presentation and the discussion of the Preliminary Analysis withrelevant counterparts.
