PREINFORMATION NOTICE for the launch of the consultation for the construction of 123 housing units in Le Mans The George Sand project, led by Le Mans Métropole Habitat, provides for the construction of 123 collective housing units spread over six organized buildings around a vast shared landscaped space. The plot hosting the project is located in zone U, in Le Mans, at the entrance to the Bruyères district, at the intersection of avenue du Docteur-Jean-Mac and avenue des Platanes. The site is made up of three areas cadastral documents bearing the references EM n°510, EM n°508 and EM n°513, for a total cadastral capacity of 10, 261 m². The operation concerns the new construction of 123 collective housing units spread over six buildings, with parking, bicycle rooms, premises waste, technical premises and associated exterior arrangements. The site is planned to be free of any construction and any work, with the exception of road elements and buried networks.
