Tender Details

European public tender for concluding multiple framework agreements with preferred suppliers in the field of IT services. The tender consists of three plots, namely:

Application services;

Infrastructure services; and

IT project management and consultancy.

Tenderers can Register for one or more plots. The tender is awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. If interested, the parties can register up to and including 4 July for the information meeting, which takes place digitally on July 8, 2025 at 10 am. Here will briefly the reason for the Tender and procedure are outlined.

Application services are understood to mean the maintenance and further development of (company) applications (software), integration services (configuration, and integration between systems and stakeholders), data services (data) and the execution of identity and access management (functional management). The scope of this plot therefore includes assignments and specialists in the field of software development, testing, data & analytics, and functional and technical management.
