The u.s. Department of agriculture, animal and plant health inspection service, wildlife services, seeks the construction of a 60` x 40` prefabricated steel building at 2820 east university ave gainesville, fl 32641. Work includes site layout and prep that meets all applicable code requirements, and clearing and grubbing with 10-foot buffer around perimeter. The building shall have a 16` eave height and be anchored to a 4" concrete slab on grade. It shall include insulation, three doors and four 12` x 12` overhead doors, lighting, and electrical service. No hvac.



The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100, 000 and $250, 000. The naics code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. This requirement will be set aside for small business concerns only.
