Pursuant to FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government plans to utilize simplified commercial procedures by publicizing this notice, orally soliciting quotations directly from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealers to maximize efficiency. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2026. Interested authorized resellers/dealers can email the Points of Contact (POCs).
Please note that this notice does not constitute a formal request for competitive quotes or a solicitation for offers. The Government will review all responses received by the closing date to determine if the requirement should be competed with non-OEM authorized dealers. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
