Precast concrete frame arrangement Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy tenders the ready-mixed concrete framework arrangement in accordance with this request for tender and the appendices to the tender. The customers are Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy and the Capital Region Urban Transport Ltd. Subscribers make an independent procurement decision and sign their own procurement contracts with suppliers selected based on a tender. For the sake of clarification, it should be stated that Kaupunkilikenne represents all Subscribers in accordance with the contract in matters related to deliveries. Ready-mixed concrete delivery points are located in the capital region of Helsinki's tram network. The delivery area is shown in more detail in the map in Appendix 5. The estimated value of the acquisition excluding value added tax for the entire contract period period, including possible options, is approximately EUR 600, 000.00. The values of the acquisition are distributed between the parties as follows: - The expected value of the orders of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is 30, 000 euros (VAT 0%). - Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy's orders estimated value 570, 000 euros (VAT 0%). Based on the tender, a maximum of three (3) suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Draft Agreement. The framework arrangement does not contain a quantity or minimum purchase obligation and it does not give the supplier the exclusive right to produce the concrete that is the subject of procurement for the customer.
