Pool Re is seeking to establish it's first framework for the provision of Recruitment Services. The framework shall provide a consistent, transparent and governed approach to the sourcing of recruitment services, supporting Pool Re-s current and future workforce needs whilst ensuring compliance, quality and value for money. The Recruitment Framework will support recruitment activity across the organisation and will be structured into 9 Lots as per departmental recruitment needs. The Lots are not exclusive, and Tenderers may bid to be appointed to one and/or more Lots. It is intended that a maximum of three (3) Tenderers per Lot will be appointed to the Framework.
