Form of the framework agreement: - Purchase orders: This framework agreement sets all the conditions for execution of the services, it is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. The services which fall under the part of the framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders are the following: all preventive and curative maintenance services defined in the CCTP specific to each establishment. - Subsequent contracts: During the contract, if operations of restructuring and/or modernization of the installations, not initially provided for in the contract but meeting an identified need, prove necessary, they may be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement, by the conclusion of subsequent contracts concluded on its basis. The services which fall under the part of the framework agreement executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts are exceptional and cannot have the effect of replacing current services, defined and quantified in the framework agreement. The use of a subsequent contract does not call into question the execution of the services covered by this framework agreement by purchase orders, which remain executed according to the initial stipulations.
