Description : IO will be conducting, on behalf of MECP, an open, competitive process to procure third-party services to design, build, contribute to financing/funding, deliver and maintain the digital service in support of the second phase of the MPI Program. As such, IO advises prospective suppliers that it intends to release a non-binding, two-stage Request for Proposals (RFP), as noted above, on MERX. IO makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any contract(s) resulting from this procurement. It is anticipated that RFP Stage 1 will be posted on MERX at/around the end of May 2023, with a target date of late summer 2023 for the commencement of RFP Stage 2.
