Tenders are invited for Pre-Incubation Training & Mentorship Services
Ma-an is implementing a project entitled “Enhancing Community Resilience in Bait Lahia” which aims to enhance the resilience of the vulnerable communities of Bait Lahia by achieving enhanced access to essential services, job creation, and gender equality. One of the project outcomes is enhancing the access of 50 female and male youth to economic opportunities supporting sustainable income generation. This includes several outputs:
· A training program on entrepreneurship and youth empowerment targeting the partner CBO in Bait Lahia.
· Internship opportunities for two female fresh graduates in the field of business management.
· Practice-based and gender-sensitive entrepreneurship training, coaching, and mentorship program involving 50 female and male youth.
· Seed funding to 10 female and male youth entrepreneurs (five grants) to establish their own businesses.
Within this project “Enhancing Community Resilience in Bait Lahia” funded by AECID and the Spanish Government, Ma-an Hub is implementing pre-incubation and incubation activities with target audiences in Bait Lahia in cooperation with Future Development Committee “FDC”. This consultancy includes three main components that need to be considered under the pre-mentioned project:
· Pre-incubation training:
Around 50-60 entrepreneurs will be preselected to join this training to get them ready for incubation processes. They will be divided into 3 groups. Each group should receive 35 training hours on pre-incubation hours.
