Description:
The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP") to solicit Proposals to procure consultants as Pre-Construction Services Program Manager and Design-Oversight Program Manager consultants to act as an extension of staff in providing program management and design oversight services for the Pre-Construction Directorate of PRHTA. The Pre-Construction Directorate is responsible for planning, Capital Improvement Program management and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program development, asset management, design, and certain other project development elements through final plans, specifications, and estimates. The Pre-Construction Directorate is a division of PRHTA and reports directly to PRHTA's Executive Director. Excluded from this RFP for program management services for the Pre-Construction Directorate is the work specific to the design, construction, and operation of the Metropistas toll roads, which are operated under a separate public-private partnership agreement
