Description: As part of digitization of criminal justice during the Ministry of Justice, the National Police has developed a digital solution for handling digitization of specials. A little simplified, a special action can be described as the judged "total history". The special act contains all the citizen's judgments and person reviews and opinions. The main application of the special act is by measuring new penalties. The solution, digital special action (DS), receives scanned and OCR processed PDF documents in a folder on a Windows server. From this folder they are transferred automatically to DS.
